Ontario Soybean Aphid Scouting Map for Week of June 14th 2010
So far, no aphids have been found at our sites though I am aware of soybean fields near Palmyra and Ottawa with soybean aphids in them.
Also, western bean cutworm moths were captured in Ontario and Ohio last week. Two moths were caught just north of Chatham. This is a few days earlier than last year’s first capture. Last year the first moth found in Ontario was on June 20th.
