Stripe rust symptoms are increasing in the southwest this week and the following publication “Identifying Rust Diseases in Ontario” is a good resource to distinguish between stripe, leaf and stem rust. This publication was developed by the multi-state and OMAFRA extension and research committees for small grain diseases, NCERA-184 & WERA-97 with support from the Grain Farmers of Ontario.
