In this new series we will be exploring a wide range of topics on tillage within Cropping Systems including some new concepts like tillage’s role in the management of “The Soil Habitat”, new ways to talk about tillage categories, and the notion of the “5R’s of Tillage”. we will also explore the experiences of farmers trying or adapting new tillage strategies to enhance their cropping systems with the aim for maximizing profit through optimizing tillage on their farms.
